LATE/NO SHOW

• If you are running late, please message me! 15 minutes late with no message is considered a no-call/no-show and will result in a forfeit of your appointment and deposit.

• Life happens, I understand, but being late can potentially run into another client's appointment, meaning we will have to reschedule at a later date.

• No-shows without following up, you will be blacklisted from my books and possibly coworkers books as well!

CANCELLATIONS

Again, I understand that life happens and not everything goes according to plan. That being said:

• Cancellations must be given 48 hours notice to allow me to fill in your spot. Cancellations that fail the notice will be a forfeit of your deposit.

• Cancellations of customs will result in a forfeit of your deposit. I spend time outside of the shop creating artwork fit to you specifically and need to be compensated. Artwork may be released to others if by your choosing or no response.
